I found Lori, the Receptionist and Jonathan and Nat Genco extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. Appointments for measurements of the cover etc, were prompt and to the point. My custom cover was ready for pick up within a week of measurement. These guys really know how to deliver - Wow! The canvas cover fits well and has weathered the winter so far without any concern. It has stayed in place and the snow just slides off.
